Booking Terms & Conditions

Payments

We require a 25% Deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance 60 days before arrival date. Full payment required at time of booking for all reservations made within 60 days of arrival date.

Please contact owners to confirm amounts and arrange payments via bank transfer, paypal or card payment.

Please note: THERE WILL BE A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £200 ON ALL BOOKINGS. THIS MUST BE PAID IN FULL VIA BANK TRANSFER OR PAYPAL 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL FOLLOWING A DAMAGE INSPECTION ON DEPARTURE. 

 Agreement

You will be asked to sign a contract/agreement before your visit which protects both parties. This is all done in a simple electronic process once your booking has been confirmed. We will also ask for ID from guests at the time of booking that is not shared with any other party.

 Other Useful Information

Linen and towels are provided for your stay, we can arrange further cleaning and changes if required which may incur an additional charge. Any stay of 2 weeks or more will require a mandatory mid- stay clean at the guests cost.

Free WiFi is available but we do ask that care is taken when downloading certain content, ensuring it is charged to your own accounts and not to the WiFi provider account.
